Getting Your Roadster Spiffed

Penny,

GAWD it was hard not paying that extra dough for overnight shipment ---- so hard. But, I have never gotten anything overnight here in the boondocks of Wisconsin, and it would grind me no end to pay for it and then still get my Trikke three days later.

Finally I decided that if I were going to spend extra money on anything I should buy all sorts of gizmos to support my entry into "A Whole New Trikking Era." So, I'm springing for helmet, mirrors, GPS, backpack, riding togs, and especially LIGHTS. I want my 12 to be seen at night big time -- meaning, I want that it should look like I'm gliding on a cloud of light. I want to string LEDs along each Trikke leg, put blinkers everywhere, and have one or more forward beams. So, I'm spending far far more for the gizmos than for the overnight charges.

As for riding togs. Well, that's a big issue too. I like the Zorro look, but then, a 1920's golfer outfit appeals also, but who can resist a top hat and tails? A classic pirate look would be nice, except you have to learn to carve one-eyed, one legged, and one handed what with the eye patch, hook and peg leg, and THEN, arrrgh, epoxying the parrot to my shoulder.

Then there's the Indian Jones look, the Rocky Balboa look, the Darth Vader look, the Superman look, The Hulk look, The Spiderman look, the Wizard of Oz's Wicked Witch's Monkeys' Army's Uniform's look, the Three Stooges look, the Jabba the Hut look, and the "Trikke, James Trikke" look.

Sigh....
